木質(zhì)活性炭分為磷酸法生產(chǎn)和氯化鋅法生產(chǎn)兩種。以磷酸法生產(chǎn)的木質(zhì)粉狀活性炭，具有發(fā)達(dá)的中孔結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)達(dá)的比表面積，吸附容量大、過(guò)濾速度快，不含鋅鹽之特性。廣泛適用于食品工業(yè)的糖類、谷氨酸及鹽，乳酸及鹽、檸檬酸及鹽，葡萄酒，調(diào)味品，動(dòng)植物蛋白、生化制品、維生素、抗生素等產(chǎn)品的脫色、精制、除臭、去雜。
